Of course, you're welcome to join us. This introductory workshop is open to anyone curious about the practice and the benefits it can bring to their lives, as well as to those interested in the certification program. It will also be an opportunity to ask the organizers any questions you may have.
No prior experience with the method is required to participate in this workshop. For those with prior experience, it will help clarify and deepen their understanding of the method.
