Practice

Classes

FE is not a single physical class schedule. It helps you identify the right center, teacher, or practitioner pathway for regular practice.

Enter the practice

Classes live across the network, not on a single site

For FE, regular classes are one entry point into the method, but they take shape through the centers, with practitioners, and sometimes as a continuation of trainings and workshops.

So this page works as orientation: where to begin, which places to look at, and how to move from regular practice into a deeper pathway.

Next step

Not sure what the right starting point is?

We can help you choose between regular classes, a private session, a workshop, or a longer pathway.

How FE frames classes

Classes are part of the larger ecosystem around the method. The site helps you move toward the right context instead of pretending everything happens in one place.

Practitioners

For ongoing practice, a direct orientation toward a practitioner may be the clearest path.

Trainings
